Richard Price, CPA - Founder & Managing Partner

Richard (Rick) is the managing partner and a founding member of the firm. He has over 40 years experience in serving clients with all their tax, accounting and planning needs. He enjoys helping clients achieve their financial and personal goals by structuring a balance between their work and personal lives. Achieving a balance that creates both security and joy.

Rick has CPA licenses in Utah and Florida, a bachelors degree in accounting from Weber State University, a Masters in Accounting from Weber State University, an MBA from Utah State University and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant.

Rick’s leisure time is filled with traveling and boating with his lovely wife, spoiling their grandchildren and thinking of innovative ways to improve the lives of the firm’s clients.
